We are looking for a passionate new team member to help support our clients on a strategic and operative level.
As Account Director you will be in charge of everything from providing timelines to setting expectations with clients, as well as routing deliverables and feedback, attending shoots, recommending optimizations and ensuring a smooth and successful partnership experience.
You are the first point of contact for the client for all campaign executions, verifying all outputs and remaining accountable for the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
Work closely and collaboratively with all project team members. Be a real person and partner.
Kick off campaigns with clients and manage all scopes of work, timelines, assets and strategic ways to optimize execution experiences.
Manage day-to-day client correspondence with a strong inclination toward patience and positivity, clarity of communication, recommendations rooted in rationale and an understanding of the client’s larger objectives.
A strong ability and desire to empathize with people of all walks of life, from all corners of the globe.
A track record of leading client communications and complex partnerships or campaigns.
The ability to handle multiple projects as a proven self-starter, to prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and function independently in a fast-paced environment.
An organized and analytical mind.
Experience creating productive working relationships with key partners.
Extraordinary writing, visual-storytelling and presentation skills.
5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, account management or a related field.
