We are looking for a new passionate team member who helps us to support our clients on a strategic and operative level.
As Account Director you will be in charge of everything from providing timelines to setting expectations with clients, routing deliverables and feedback, attending shoots, recommending optimizations to ensure a smooth and successful partnership experience.
- You are the first point of contact for the client for all campaign executions, verifying all outputs that are sent across and remaining accountable for the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
- Work closely and collaboratively with all project team members, be a real person and partner.
- Kick off campaigns with clients and manage all scopes of work, timelines, assets, and strategics ways to optimize execution experiences
- Manage day-to-day client correspondence with a strong inclination toward patience and positivity, clarity of communication, recommendations rooted in rationale, and an understanding of the client’s larger objectives
- A strong ability and desire to empathize with people of all walks of life from all corners of the globe.
- A track record of leading client communications and complex partnerships/campaigns.
- A proven self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and function independently in a fast-paced environment
- An organized and analytical mind
- Experience of creating productive working relationships with key partners
- Extraordinary writing skills, visual storytelling skills and presentation skills
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, account management
