Creative Director:

The role:

As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for the creative output and quality that LURE represents.

You will develop campaign strategies with our team that link brands to relevant cultural experiences and identify where they can play an active role in making the experience more tangible for their audiences.

You don´t think in channels. Strategy and big ideas come first.

You are a respectful creative partner to your clients, able to give clear strategic and creative recommendations while always maintaining the right tone.

You will lead multiple projects from conception to production and assign the right people to the right project, selecting external suppliers if necessary.

You oversee production, albeit it film, photo, editorial, etc.

 

You have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing leadership role.

  • Proven success in managing marketing teams.

  • Experience leading creative teams and partners.

  • Strong conception and creative writing skills.

  • Strong communication skills.
