The Advertising & Production Intern is responsible for providing support in marketing and/or production. The intern will work with senior-level members of the LURE team and assist in all business needs related to marketing and production for three months.

The Advertising & Production Intern’s primary duties include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating and improving processes related to office coordination, management and daily office needs.

  • Preparing the workspaces for each new workday, ensuring that all team members can work efficiently, as well as organizing workspaces at the end of each day.

  • Attending to and supporting freelancers, guest team members and clients.

  • Assisting with event planning, shootings and presentations, as well as other key events.

  • Collaborating with our editorial team to create new ideas for stories, cultural insights.

  • Supporting campaign development.

  • Assisting with project coordination on-set, pre-production and post-production.



  • Excellent knowledge of Apple products; proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint and Pages.

  • Video editing skills, Photoshop and/or InDesign highly desired, but not required.

  • Currently studying or enrolled in a university program related to media, agency or film/photo production.

  • You have a drivers license.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and administrative skills.

  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames.

  • You are an organized, dependable and detail-oriented team player with a cooperative spirit.

  • You are a quick learner and highly efficient.

  • You sense urgency and are able to work well under pressure.

  • Third or fourth-year undergraduate majoring in advertising, marketing, communications, or a similar field.

  • Native or near-native German; proficiency in spoken and written English.

  • Keen, positive, go-getter attitude.
